Extreme Fishing-Shirley
by Shirley Haden

It had been raining and dark out then there was a break in the clouds, still cloudy but much less heavy with rain, and I didn't think to change the ISO back down to 100. So I ended up with a super fast shutter and not as pleasant of a result as it could have been. I didn't want to make him take another shot as that fish looked very heavy!

You had very nice lighting here, so very even, and found some one would can pose naturally, a very Midwest or should I say just a natural relaxed pose (they are the same), I hope you can send a pic, there are so many times when I get back, and think to myself , Brad why didn't you think of asking if the person would like an an email image, as far for actually eating a carp,, my recollection is there are too many bones, and you have to put the fish in fresh water alive for a while to get out mud,, hey I live in NJ, what do I know about how to prepare carp?

Goodness, what a mega fish!! He didn't actually shoot it, did he?? Looks like a bass.

Great way to illustrate this theme. Now you just need to post a deer shot with some guy holding a fishing rod. :)
