I've had this dried up rose for well over a year now. It was just one of those few roses that dries up and doesn't drop it's petals.

Beauty is immortal. Its memory lingers even when its physical form decays, and sometimes the form remains too. This is a lovely shot of beauty holding time at bay.

"Still crazy after all these years" comes to my mind. They say diamonds last forever, you normally don't think so about a rose. Maybe not forever, but it's still very beautiful and has preserved its beaty.
