by kleivis

Catching Fire - How cooking made us human is a book by British primatologist Richard Wrangham, published by Profile Books in England, and Basic Books in the USA. Oh but the consequences/effects! I've never steamed beans, but I do love ham hocks and beans. Or a great spicy hot Chili with dark red kidney beans, like the ones in your photo. They look really tasty! Of course, I (being a lady) never have the effects. :o))

Great catch of steam subtlely rising off those beans, they are so dark that they look life roasted coffee beans
