The variety of materials here provides great contrast in textures, ages and uses. Stones, mortar, brick and metal - all of differing strengths and durability. Great take on the theme!

Seems to be a few layers of history just in that little corner, I like the contrast of the clean red brick to the rough weathered rocks.

Great take on the theme Brent. This shows the past and the now all on a little corner of a building. I hope in the future they'll keep all these bits and add on from there with new parts. It really is a very interesting sight! It's like an archetectual puzzle. You chose well to crop it square. It is like your signiture work, finding something that many would walk right by and making it a work of art. Nice job.
