4th - deconstruction of a tree - brent

LOL! Too many food shows. In the food shows they are always talking about taking the essential elements of a standard food dish and presenting them in a non-standard way. Or making the same taste with completely different elements. They talk of this as "deconstructing the dish"

Wow, the ice just cracked perfectly to form the branches of the ice tree. How do you find these master pieces?! This is so so neat. I love the leaves that have fallen around the ice tree's 'trunk'.
