A young monk at the Wenfeng monastery near Lijiang in China. I had already taken a couple of pictures of other monks and then it was his turn. We were all sitting around a table. I saw on the look on his face that it was a bit to close and personal for him so I put the camera down. But he wanted his picture taken. My driver who had taken me there translated for me. He wanted to see his picture on the screen of the camera, just like the others. So I took this picture and he smiled when he saw his face on the camera.
