Endika, thank you for your comment. However, this isn't a B&W conversion; it's is a glorious full-color non-PPed rendition of a whitish subject on a typical overcast fall-season day in our US Pacific Northwest!

Mmmm yes, at first glance all seems to be normal, but then you see this odd whorl, and these strange holes in the same column... no doubt this is a building with a story.
I like the B&W conversion you applied, it enhances the details of the subject very well.

Stefan, this is exterior detail of a 100+ years-old, large three-storey building, which has been moved five or six times over the decades. The left-most whorl looks like a crude replacement for a rotted or broken original. My other comp entries were shot from windows of upper floors of this building.

Youve gotten a nice sense of depth here, although the columns are quite close to each other. The detail in the scrolls seems incongruous with what looks like rather ordinary siding on a house. Touche! --Stefan
