Unfortunately this is all too common everywhere. I despair how ignorant, lazy and / or stupid some people are not to appreciate the beauty all around us without spoiling it.
Doesn't this type of scene make you furious! I would say there is a huge lack of harmony here. I just don't get why it is so hard to toss the garbage on the floor in the back seat until you find a dumpster or get home. It's really not all that hard. The green mossy stuff on all our lakes is gross, but it belongs there. Look at those poor turles, this is their home. Humans are a lowly bunch, turtles wouldn't do that to us.
