Another of my "pets". Sow grizzly, with her 3 cubs, but not so small, they were 3 years old by this point. Well over a ton of grizzly napping right there.

Yes Shirley, these are wild! The year this was taken, the cubs were already 3 years old, very unusual to still be with there mother. She finally got rid of them for year 5, lazy kids! My wife has given up asking how close I am when she sees my bear pics, she just doesn't want to know. But I do give them a lot of respect and most times I am in a truck. Just fortunate enough to work where I do to enjoy the wildlife.

Lawrence are this guys wild? I just watched a documentary or story about grizzly bears and how really rare it was to see one and look at you!! You have 4 of them. I hope you keep a respectful distance, especially with her babies still with her. Very neat to see them lazing in the sun.
