I have worked many types of jobs in my life. I did a short stint as a baker. I was lousy at it ;-) Looks like everything is geared for production. brent

I have a favorite bakery in my town too. Everytime I visit, I have to get a roll or two. Brings memories and hunger.

Great candid shot of the bakers at work - I like the touch of flame in the background, too. Makes me hungry for a fresh bagel, this does!

Mmmmm, just had a 'french toast' bagel for breakfast yesterday. I wonder if they made them. I love the brick oven they have. I wonder if bagel dough tastes good. :o)
