Boiled and Roasted Potatoes - Brad

Comfort Food - Boil them for 10 minutes, drain, and then put them in an oven drizzled with olive oil, garlic and rosemary, roast until brown,,,, quite a good smelling atmosphere,,,

I love potatos! I'm trying to avoid them, so starchy but, they're also so filling! I hate watching what I eat. Just watching it makes me gain weight. May as well eat it. :o) I'll be right over, I'll bring some salmon filets to go with them.
