"Cutting edge" sharpness perfectly conveys the intrinsic keen-ness of both aluminum and the desert environment. Color in the sky effectively insists that the airplane's natural home is aloft. The airplane is Imagination -- loose the tethers and fly away to...? Like many small aircraft, the scene itself is nearly timeless.
I like this a lot too. I just love this plane sitting in what looks like a desert, it creates an entire story. Something from the Twilight Zone perhaps. Good entry!
