Yes, it looks like a theatre or a movie theatre. Old and worn, but perfect for making a memorable photo.

This made me think of the movie The Shining! I'm waiting for the little boy to come around the corner on his big wheel. But wait, this is a theater not a hotel and now I feel like walking down the red lit hall. Just a great shot Frank.
