its a dam built by british during their rule of sub-continent. i'm not sure but i'm guessing its destroyed in 1935 earthquake which rocked quetta city.

on my monitor, about 15 inch by 3/4 in gap,, a little super glue, we all lean together at once and the gap is closed,, I am not so good at tuck pointing though,,(for those bricks on the outside),,

well time has taken its tool on this building. or is a matter of a poor foundation. in either case it took time to destroy it. Catman
