Den of Nargun by Dennis

This is an aboriginal historic site in East Gippsland, Victoria.
According to aboriginal tribal legends, the Nargun is a fierce half-human half-stone female creature that lived in the Den of Nargun, a cave under a rock overhang behind a small waterfall in the Mitchell River National Park. The Nargun would drag unwary travellers into its den, and any weapon directed against it would be turned back on its owner.

Lovely shot, but is it the dry season, or has the river stopped flowing?

You have a load of great phothos, Dennis. Interesting story too.
