Oh I like all these silver tones. It looks like the realm of the Queen of the North, an appealing but dangerous miracle of beauty. The bird is a hit to add deepness to the image. endika

Nice combination of the light, shadows and haze, make foreground trees and birds stand out and gave a light 3D look to the picture and bird in the middle is a bonus here.

I like your series of winter scenes. I'm having a hard time choosing a favorite from the three. I'm leaning toward this one because of the expanse of cold woods and the wonderful river that flows through them. Good job catching the bird right in the glare of the sun, it really enhances his presence.

I always like the the bird shots. I think you have three in the tree one hawk in the air and are those ducks in the river behind the tree?
