Thanks for comments, everyone! To endika, yes the sun sets early, but due to the rather rare white phenomena/carpet called snow, the days are light and bright for quite a long time. I would say I prefere this a thousand times above rain and cloudy weather as is more normal at least in our part of the country. Kleivis

Well, you can stay in the summit for a good time ;o) I like pale colours in this, and these subtle differences between white in the summit and this in the background mountain and sky. BTW: Sunset at 14:39. This is a short day, I wouldn't like this! endika

Ah yes, there is always a descent. But what an achievement to reach such a height! Sometimes we don't even realize what we've managed to accomplish till we look back on it and just shake our heads. The hesitant dog reminds me of myself.
