Eternity - Stefan

This is the same bouquet I entered as "Happy Birthday" back in Challenge 117.
It has completely dried out but its beauty, though altered, seems to last forever..

The glowing rose looks like a beacon in the middle of all that whiteness. Interesting how it has retained its shape and texture despite having dried. Lovely effect!

Usually I don't like very much centered compositions, but this one works very, very well. I think the key is how you achieved to keep the rose tack sharp (it looks like it was burning!), while the rest of elements are blurred and seems to irradiate from the centre, as if the rose was born in a explosion. endika
