2nd - Don't need no Hawaii, Alistair

Though I'd love to go anyway! Just round the corner up the lane the kids have a den complete with rope swings and log furniture they've made. This is the view as you come back into the village.

It is good to be content with our lives, isn't it? The extras that come like a trip to lands beyond are blessings, not necessities. Blessings are nice. Cool shot Alistair.

It's sure a different life than you led in the big metropolis! I wonder, would you really want to move away from this place when you have young boys to raise? This has to be a load off your mind. Having boys building forts and caves is 100% better than having boys hanging out at street corners thinking of ways to have fun that might not be so wholesome. I know I would love living in your Village until it came time to grocery shopping, I am spoiled with huge super stores where there are 100 types of cereal and 30 brands of pickles! Oh, not to mention the soups! ;o) I and Casey lived in a very small town (400 people, so said the sign) and I wouldn't have traded that 13 years for anything.

I like the lighting, colors, and mood. It has a rather eerie feeling to it, like a character in a cape will come breezing around the corner, heading for the next shadows. Very painterly, Alistair.

I'd certainly love to see this magical spot! It is intriguing, so full of character and charm. And the light is perfect for the grey walls, greenery and bright leaves.
