It's close to midnight - Colin
by

It's close to midnight and something evil's lurking in the dark
Under the moonlight you see a sight that almost stops your heart
You try to scream but terror takes the sound before you make it
You start to freeze as horror looks you right between the eyes,
You're paralyzed

I really like the way you've set this up - the contrast in lighting is great. She looks appropriately nervous, too.

This one works better for me than Waiting. The sharp contrast in lighting gives the effect of a split screen, w the zombies waiting outside to attack, or maybe they're in the back of her mind?

Just a fun shoot organized by my daughter and her friends in the graveyard of an abandoned church along with liberal quantities of face paint, torn clothes and fake blood.
It did get kind of gory…

Very good idea, and I'm sure you had fun making it. Are the guys in the background just fake too, or did you happen to make a poster for a heavy metal band or something? Just wondering..

Both the framing and the contrast between dark and bright work very well to achieve a great dramatism, I like the result. endika

I agree Miro, I might upload another one later into the sequence that has a bit more drama.
Problem is they got a bit carried away with the fake blood and it became more of a "dawn of the dead" than "thriller" shoot. :-)

I like the idea and all. To add more drama I would suggest little less light on the girl.

A great tribute to the king of pop!
I am sure you had a fun shoot. (And i hope no one caught you crawling around the churchyard after dark :-)
