Makes me think of rappie pie which is a local Acadian dish made from potatoes. I'm going to guess it's potato scallop. But in any case, it looks slimy and gooey. Texture is everything! Brenda

I have zero idea what this is but it sure captured my attention! It looks greasy and slimy both at the same time! Yet I somehow think we should eat it and be happy! :o)
