Great use of the 7-14mm lens and what nice blues! I like the colorful buildings right along the water too. Really a neat place, beautifully photographed.

it was afternoon (west coast). The weather was bad (delicate rain). The E-3 did fine but I had to clean the front element of 7-14 :-)

Excellent photo. Great light and composition. I like how you have kept the two poles of attention (the town and the light pole) just in the edges of the photo, this accentuates the curve of the port and leads our sight to the bright horizon. endika

Lungomare (lungo il mare) in italian means "along the sea". Istria, a peninsula situated in the north Adriatic, and it is part of Croatia. This "lungomare" if from the city of Rovinj (in italian "Rovigno"). If you have installed GoogleEarth, you can easily find my photo point at latitude 45° 5'3.92"N and longitude 13°38'4.99"E. When people from istria want a relaxing walk they are going to take it at one of hundreds of lungomares here. Thakn you for your kind comments. Everybody is invited in Istria to taste it.
