If I remember correctly it was onboard flash with DIY diffuser, but I'm, not sure.

I love the detail you capture in his hair and eye Miro what lighting did you use for this shot? When I use the red option on the E3 and shot from of 45 degrees or more Freddy's iris will not close and red eye still occurs blooms.
