Yum! V
ery nicely done, the lighting really brings out the intricate design on the cake.

Thanks Brent, very interesting. I might stick to Chessmen as I'm not so sure about the boiled egg yolk in the middle. I guess it might be fine but I would rather have pudding or some creme filling I think :o)

They are taller - about the size of a cupcake - perhaps a bit rounder. This one has various nuts with a hardboiled egg yolk center (perhaps quail egg?). The texture is firmer than a cake and softer than a cookie. There are all sorts of different fillings and textures. There is a very short period of time during the year when they are available.

The font used for "Medira" is called Wonton. I believe I got it when I had Corel installed many years ago.

Yum are they as tasty as they look? Is it a shortbread cookie like Pepperidge Farms' Chessmen cookies? You sure got a beautiful shot of it, it's making all our mouths water.

I agree with Brent and Bruce but would add that I love your font choice.
mind giving up the name of that medira font?

Mmmm, I want to try one Brent! Black background and red type work well.
