Oh if it is Italian cheese I bet it is yummy! They put it in those wax (in this case) balls so it keeps a long time. As long as air doesn't get to the cheese it has a fairly long shelf life. I love cheese (one of my downfalls). Very interesting shot Stefan, made for a bit of learning too :o) I'll take two balls! lol

Exactly right; hanging in a shop (Claudio) at the Italian Market in Philadelphia. The cheese is inside the wax coating - you have to cut it open like with a big wheel of cheese that has a tough coating. Except it's a ball instead of a wheel. And it's yummy, you betcha!

I didn't know that cheese had balls. (I just had to get that off my chest). I'we never seen anything like it. Bet they taste a lot and smell even more. Nice colors, and use of dof (Another oof)
