I like the lateral thinking. And its also a good picture.

Really good shot, Shirley. What makes it for me is that the trees complete the circle begun with the eyebrow.

This is really well done! Shades of Easy Rider. Shades, anyhow, with the scene so nicely captured or at least hinted-at. I especially like those sharp evergreen branches; looks like the back country to me. And as has already been posted, there's a triple frame.

Excellent shot! The B&W definitely draws the attention to the glasses.

Nice one Shirley! I think that the contrasted conversion helps to separate the different elements in the photo. endika
BTW... the IS is great, it isn't?

Shirley, It was in the early planning stages, More like a spectacle frames an eye somehow. Anyway, you obviously haven't seen any selfportraits of mine :-o

Very good shot, Shirley. The metal frames and reflections really set off the natural forms of the face - the angle of the glasses - looking a bit up somehow softens the composition in a nice way.

Goffen, I was surprised that no one had beat me to it. You should go ahead and enter yours anyhow. I know you would have a different reflection cause mine has me in it LOL Right there would be an improvement in yours! hahahaha! :o)

Thanks for the comments fellas, now I think I will leave it 'as is'. I'm trying to watch the Olympics anyway. :o)

I see even three frames here: the face is framing the glasses, the frame of the glasses and the frame of the trees around the sky. Great picture.

Agree w Colin- this is fine, don't stress over fixing it.

Excellent, the eyebrows frame the glasses and the glasses frame the scene the wearer is observing.
I wouldn't worry about s few artifacts as they don't detract from the image at all

I seeeee you.....Excellent detail around the eyes. the black and white adds to the mood of this image. I like the almost feathery tips of the pine? trees reflected. Very good Shirley.
