Great action shot. You have good control over exposure and shutter speed and you nailed the shot at the exact millisecond that the batter hit the ball. A great job! To make the image a bit more powerful, consider cropping the left side of the image right to the ump. The right side allows the ball to "flow" outward. Consider cropping the trees and fence as well to force the eye right into the action. Nothing else is needed.
