A wonderful photo. I've been trying to photograph a red-winged blackbird for years hoping to catch those red markings. This photographer did it. Properly exposed but just a tad slow... but, hey, this is a great action shot. I wish the bird had flown towards the right side of the photo as it flies into open "space" instead of dead space. It also would have been ice to capture the reflection at the bottom with a little space to spare... but that is more luck than photographic technique. A good shot!
