Wonderful photo. The shadowed tree and foreground cannon on the left balance nicely with the erupting colors center and right. There's almost a three dimensional quality with the few and simple objects at various distances from the camera: foreground cannon, mid ground cannon and grass line, background trees and the distant sun light on the clouds.
I wonder whether a printed version of this photo would retain the color vibrancy and the shadow details visible on a monitor.
