It's a lovely image of Tallinn, and it looks like your took advantage of late-season light and and a perfect blue sky. You have carefully evoked an image of the old city by leaving out the cluttered street and most of the signs, so good work. You have ingeniously filled what otherwise would be too much sky with an interesting lamp; that's good thinking. Moving your camera slightly to the right would separate the lamp from the building. I think, though, that the lamp is so large and so dominant in tone that I tend not to look at the other interesting architecture. Perhaps your should think about a wider lens and a horizontal shot? I don't know.
