The title for this photograph is an integral part. If it were not for that, I would not have indication of why you took it. I'd look for better light, crop off some of the bald sky, and level the horizon. Then ask yourself if you can say in the image what you have said so elegantly in words. The (vaguely phallic) pilings conflicting with the shore line, the bridge and the horizon, need to be fixed. That speedboat says the opposite of "quiet" to me. This is a subject well worth being worked and given some thought. This particular aspect may not be the best.
