This is a very nice strightforward photo of a memorial that's actually a favorite of wedding photographers. The fallen leaves add greatly to the mood, which is much better than if it were done in the summer. There is too much area on the right of the image that says nothing, so try cropping it more. Also, it needs more "snap". Perhaps you should play with contrast a bit.
