these ultra-thin and edible silver leaves are used in indian cuisine to decorate sweets and deserts.
because they are so thin, each leaf is kept between two sheets of paper. many of those form a little booklet.
lifting a sheet causes enough air movement to make the silverleave curl and bubble!
