Mt. Whitney Trail (Dec 2005)

This was a short hike without skiers or showshoes on the lower parts of Whitney trail. I hiked to Lone Pine Lake in moonlight and camped at the lake (3030m, 9940ft). Next day I hiked and broke trail to Mirror Lake (3450m, 11300ft) before I returned for a few evening photos in the Alabama Hills.
