The question this poses is: How does this man retain his balance without his inner ear(s)?

so many things i like about this picture, but I think that the tones of grey, colour, the definition of the raincoat against the clouds is what i like best about it. bravo.

Her head is litteraly in the clouds. Very surrealistic. Bravo.

I feel like breaking into a round of applause (one thing the man in your photo cannot do). The nod to surrealism is pitch perfect but technically it is a masterpiece too, so bitingly sharp and as Hodero says, the duotone gives it something extra. Voted.
Hodero01-Oct-2006 09:32
It's the duotone that gives it the extra I think.
BIG VOTE.

Love it Oleg. I'd love to see this character in full motion just has the first heavy drops fall. The single hand is a good touch.

Hard to say what this brings to mind by way of emotion.. the depth of clouds and monochromatic scheme are film-like.. as is the "dance".. wonderful.. strange.. surreal

Imaginative and very well done. The porcessing and background compliment the mood. Excellent.--Rene

Wow Oleg - one of your finest. There is a danger with concepts like this that they can become gimmicks but that is absolutely not the case here. The surpasses something clever and becomes altogether unique and eerily beautiful. The outstretched leg, the hanging arms, the *perfect* post processing and tones / colours that look borrowed from a dream work together so fantastically i'm left with my jaw ajar. Big vote!
