I believe this is a 2 year old male Hen Harrier (Blå kærhøg / Circus cyaneus).
Taken in Folehaven just outside my hometown. The area is covered with marsh, meadow and forest.

No, this is a very pale Common buzzard Buteo buteo. En lys musevåge. Ikke saerlige sjaeldene i Danmark.
