One of the two speakers. We didn't get the other down, because of the trouble with this one. After unscrewing it, we discovered it also had safety chains. After removing one safety chain, the other was holding it. Moving the first safety chain to a lower position, I managed to unhook the second... and the speaker dropped, snapping the remaining safety chain and shattering itself across creation. Fortunately, the speaker was junk.. and extra fortunately, we took the precaution of not having anyone right under the speaker when we moved it. It was really quite spectacular - it broke REAL good.
