An intense winter storm moved across Oklahoma - starting late on March 26th and ending early on March 28th. Accumulating snowfall occurred across much of the northern and western parts of the state. In the far northwest, the storm ended up producing blizzard conditions - as much as 25 inches of snow fell in Fort Supply. Snowfall was much lighter in Okarche, totaling 1.6 inches. I took a drive into the northwest part of the state less than 12 hours after the storm had ended. The drive turned into as much of an animal shoot as it was snow shoot, visiting areas around Fairview, Cherokee and Alva.
