May 19 - 23, 2010 the Woodring Wall of Honor Organization at Enid,Ok Woodring Airport was host to three major events honoring veterans. Cost of Freedom Traveling Tribute, a Red Dirt Run of Honor and the annual Memorial Day recognition ceremony. The Cost of Freedom Traveling Tribute features the traveling Vietnam Wall, an 80 percent replica of the Vietnam Veteran Memorial in Washington, D.C. It is more than 380 feet long from end to end and contains all 58,253 names. The displays also present statistics from every war and conflict the United States has been involved in, the 2009 Fort Hood shooting, the names of all 2,983 casualties of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks and other displays.
