This mini gallary represents the artwork that I have created for Dia De Los Muertos-Day of the Dead Holiday, which is celebrated in the Mexican and other Latin American countries in November. This is a day of celebration where a person life is remembered. Many Day of the Dead artwork and images portray people at what they did best or loved doing.

In response to "Guest's" irrelevant comment on 16-Nov-2006, the artist's project here is not to offer a supply kit for celebrating the Day of the Dead. She's playfully engaging the holiday and the artistic tradition that surrounds it.

Why don't you create the mexican paper flowers that are a very important part of the Day of the Dead in Mexico because they are offered in alomost every home.
