This small body of work is a sampling by my high school students and will be added to next week. They are an exceptional group of young photographers who are working in the traditional silver process. These images are my photographs of their photographs and I felt it best to post them as shot, to hopefully retain most of the integrity of the work. Indeed, had they been scanned, they would have appeared sharper, as they are in their reality. I'm extremely proud of them and how hard they worked this past academic year, spending countless hours in the darkroom processing their film and developing their images. The images were printed on Ilford Fiber-Base Multicontrast paper and the actual prints are as pristine as can be. Please forgive any slight softness of edge. Perhaps I shall scan them and post the scans instead.
