Caya, our 17 year old Yokie passed away on December 5, 2022. I am really struggling even though I know she is in a better place now. Her health had been failing noticeably over the past couple of months and I knew it was only a matter of time. Even though you know the time is coming, it still does not really prepare you. You never want to say goodbye. So many great memories but also a very quiet house now.
