This gallery includes one image from each possible perching that I shot on June 2 and June 3. There may be some duplication when the bird either perched for quite a long time or returned to the exact same perch (either is very possible). I was actively shooting for about 2 hours each morning, from about 9:30-11:30am on Saturday and 8-10am on Sunday. Some images are not very good due to the light and the shooting angle. I'm posting this because I believe it is consistent with my observations, mainly that there was only one bird (the Alder) perching on those multi-flora twigs for any length of time.
I did see at least one other Flycatcher make a cameo appearance, and I was told at the time I missed it when it was deep in the hedge behind me.
As birders came and went those two mornings, some heard the bird but others did not so there was some concern over a positive ID. Hopefully this might help a little in that regard.
