Passing By My Lens

Surf photography from the beach is loads of fun, but it's not without it's hazards. One is having surf surge end up in your shoes, and another is having folks pass in front of your lens when you are trying to get a shot. That happens a lot, no matter how close to the water I stand. I'm cool about it though and rather than fight it I've decided to photograph some of the more interesting characters that happen by and start a new series entitled "Passing By My Lens". The mottos of this story are (1) it is fun to shoot, no matter the subject, and (2) if you walk right in front of a photographer don't be surprised to find your image posted on the net.

A quick glance at this creates questions and then when you take a longer look I just became amazed.
Fantastic!

practicing safe beach-going then...virus block in place, identity kept secret, and her limited view hides distractions...luckily your eyes were wide open..

That'l teach 'em. I find that when I raise my camera people stop in their tracks and they don't realize that I'm waiting for a moment I want so I stop and motion them on which is also a nuisance also. I love what you snared!
