Ya Gotta Love Sandpipers

These tiny birds run along the water's edge at about 90mph racing the surging and ebbing surf trying to feed. To try to capture that action I had to get down low and reduce my shutter speed and try to pan along with them to attempt to get one in focus while producing motion blur in the rest of the frame. Lots of tries later I got one shot I liked.

Nice image I can feel the speed you delivered.
They are a fast moving bird they do not stand still
very long.
Nice wet sand reflections where the speed is evident also.

what a kinetic trio, an impression underscored by the telling blur, with surprising clarity on the front runner considering the slow shutter speed..
