I was out for a walk at the lagoon the other day, and while the walk was great my SD card was nearly empty since subjects were in short supply. Just as I was getting ready to go, however, this finch landed right in front of me on some dried twigs. I managed to get off a couple quick snaps before it flew away and came home with this environmental portrait for my effort.
