Time Marches On

Around a couple of weeks ago I posted shots of a nest that a tiny Wren had built in an old watering can. Well I thought I'd check in to see how things were going, and as you can see the chicks are getting big. This scene reminds me that while we have been in lockdown the natural world has been open for business as usual. In fact it might be having an easier time of it. Some reports indicate that air and water quality have improved and animals are roaming more freely.
