I started a project to capture the character and beauty of old things. One of my favorite subjects is old dogs. This is our neighbor Carol and her dog Bear. He is 12 years old and she rescued him in December. Bear was having second thoughts about participating in the project, but after some loving reassurance from Carol, shown in this behind the scenes candid, he turned out to be a fine model. But this candid is my favorite shot of the session since it shows the true spirit of the project.
