The Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum in Philadelphia hosted a "Shelby Racing Legends" Demo Day on Sept. 17, 2011, with the assistance of the Shelby Club Northeast. About a hundred car enthusiasts attended. The guest speaker was Chuck Cantwell who, as project manager and chief engineer, was a key player in the creation of the Shelby Mustang GT350 in 1965. His personal 1966 GT350 was among the dozens of Shelby cars displayed during the event. Three genuine Shelby Cobra roadsters joined Fred Simeone's 1964 Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe, 1966 Ford GT40 Mk.
