Every December, PCA Chesapeake holds a Kindertime Toy Drive for poor children and a Linda's Legacy backpack event for the homeless. This double-barreled charity effort is supported by Porsche Towson, which provides the venue and breakfast. Some of the attendees join the driving tour that usually follows. That was the case again in 2019.

On Dec. 8, 31 people in 15 cars participated in our 34-mile scenic drive from Towson, through Monkton, and to Hunt Valley, MD. Our lunch destination was the Carrabba's Italian Grill in Hunt Valley. A total of 29 people joined the lunch, with 27 tour participants coming in 12 cars. One couple drove to the restaurant directly.
